HEALTHCARE LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–4 YRS): Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an associate to join its nationally recognized Healthcare practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex healthcare litigation and regulatory matters involving healthcare providers and industry stakeholders.
The Associate will support a range of healthcare litigation matters including False Claims Act investigations and litigation, Certificate of Need (CON) proceedings, and disputes involving healthcare regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, supporting case strategy, and collaborating with senior attorneys in representing healthcare providers in regulatory and enforcement proceedings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented litigation practice.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–4 years of healthcare litigation experience in a law firm environment; experience representing healthcare providers in matters involving the False Claims Act, Certificate of Need proceedings, or healthcare regulatory disputes preferred; excellent academic credentials; and strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
