CONSTRUCTION LAW & LITIGATION | IN-HOUSE COUNSEL (3–5 YRS): Our client, a local construction company, is seeking its first in-house attorney to support the company’s continued growth and expanding legal needs. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership in a hands-on environment handling a blend of construction-related contracts, compliance matters, and litigation oversight within a dynamic and fast-paced construction company.

The successful candidate will assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and vendor contracts, supporting company-wide compliance initiatives, and managing or coordinating litigation matters alongside outside counsel. Responsibilities include advising internal stakeholders on risk management, reviewing project documentation, assisting with dispute resolution strategies, and providing practical legal guidance aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fully in-person environment, demonstrate strong ownership over their work, and thrive in a role offering significant responsibility and autonomy as the company’s first attorney hire.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years experience; strong contract drafting and analytical skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; and active Georgia Bar admission in good standing. Construction litigation or construction law is preferred.
