INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100  firm, is seeking an intellectual property associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property team. Candidates should have extensive experience assisting with copyright, trademark, and domain name matters, including trademark and copyright clearance, application prosecution, intellectual property policing campaigns, and intellectual property litigation, primarily in copyright, trademark, and domain name disputes.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
