IP PATENT PARALEGAL (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING/COMPUTER SCIENCE):  Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an IP Patent Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support the firm’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Practice. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and international patent rules and procedures; proficiency in filing with the USPTO and ePCT; proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket. This position may be a hybrid role. 

REQUIRED: A paralegal certificate and 5+ years of IP experience, supporting hard sciences portfolios; docketing knowledge and experience, with CPi software preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).
