COMMERCIAL LITIGATION | JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a Junior Commercial Litigation Associate to join its National Arbitration, Litigation & Employment Team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a national litigation team handling high-stakes matters across a variety of industries.

The Associate will support complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and investigative matters, including high-stakes business disputes, class action defense, financial services and fintech litigation, and government or internal investigations. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing for and participating in depositions, and assisting with case strategy and trial preparation. The role involves working closely with partners and clients, managing case workflows, and taking on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2+ years of litigation experience at a mid-size or large law firm; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction. Federal clerkship experience and exposure to class action, financial services, or government investigations are a plus.
