CORPORATE | JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1–2 YRS): Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, seeks a junior associate to join its Business Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions, collaborating with a team recognized for combining extensive corporate experience with in-depth regulatory knowledge—particularly in representing entities within the insurance and financial services industries.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a wide variety of M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings and post-closing matters. The role also involves general corporate law matters such as choice of entity, formation, governance, and potentially joint ventures and commercial contracts. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; 1–2 years of relevant M&A/corporate experience; admission to practice in GA, eligibility for admission, or willingness to sit for the GA Bar Exam; strong academic credentials; demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced workload; excellent written/oral communication skills; and a collaborative, client-focused mindset. Law review or comparable research/writing experience is a plus.
