REAL ESTATE | JUNIOR RETAIL ASSOCIATE (0–3 YRS): Our client, an Am Law 200 firm , is seeking a junior associate with 0–3 years of real estate experience to join its Retail Real Estate practice. This position focuses exclusively on representing clients in retail-related real estate transactions.

The role involves drafting and negotiating leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers, reciprocal easement agreements, and other commercial transaction documents related to retail properties. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, gaining experience in all stages of the process while collaborating with experienced partners and a supportive team. Prior leasing and purchase/sale experience is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to practice in GA (or ability to become admitted promptly); 0–3 years of real estate experience; strong academic record; excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills; and a demonstrated interest in real estate and retail industries.
