LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ATTORNEY (3–15 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. This position offers the opportunity to work within a national employment law practice representing employers in a wide range of employment litigation, counseling, and compliance matters.
The Attorney will handle various aspects of employment law matters, including employment litigation, workplace counseling, and dispute resolution. Responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, and representing clients in employment-related disputes before courts and administrative agencies. The role also involves direct interaction with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel, providing strategic advice on workplace issues and assisting employers with litigation risk management and employment law compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing and analytical abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active Georgia Bar admission; 3–15 years of experience in labor and employment law; prior employment litigation experience required (preferably representing management); strong research, writing, and analytical skills; and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
