LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation Group in the Atlanta office. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters within a growing practice representing clients in construction and commercial disputes.

The Associate will support a broad range of litigation matters, including construction litigation and general commercial litigation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, assisting with discovery and depositions, and supporting case strategy through all phases of litigation. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with partners and clients.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; at least 4 years of litigation experience with exposure to construction litigation and commercial litigation; top academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first-tier law school); strong research, writing, and analytical skills; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
