GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATIONS & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE |MID-Level ASSOCIATE (3-6 YRS): Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its growing Atlanta-based Government Investigations and Regulatory practice. The Associate will handle a sophisticated mix of government investigations, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, data privacy, fintech, and payments matters, including investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, and regulatory counseling. The position offers meaningful client exposure, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to develop long-term subject matter expertise in rapidly evolving regulatory areas.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have 3-6 years of meaningful legal experience in one or more relevant areas, including litigation, government investigations, data privacy, regulatory compliance, consumer financial services, fintech, or related matters. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in developing sophisticated subject matter expertise in government investigations and emerging regulatory issues and possess strong analytical, writing, communication, and client service skills. Candidates should also be able to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
