CORPORATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE | MID-LEVEL (3-6 YRS): Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Finance Practice Group in either its Atlanta or NY office. The Associate will represent a broad range of sophisticated clients, including leading banks, institutional investors, asset managers, and corporate borrowers, on leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, commercial lending, workouts, and restructurings. The practice offers significant opportunities to work across industries including technology, telecommunications, media, manufacturing, private credit, aircraft leasing, asset-based lending, syndicated loan markets, and agribusiness. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

•  3-6 years of relevant law firm finance experience with knowledge of commercial lending and/or structured finance matters; relevant experience may include senior, second-lien and subordinated financings; leveraged acquisition and working capital financings; workouts and restructurings; asset-based and accounts receivable financings; domestic and cross-border financings; project and equipment finance; securitizations; letters of credit; and loan syndications and participations
• Must have demonstrated experience managing multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• This is a hybrid role, with a 3 day in-office requirement
• JD with superior academic credentials
• Bar admission in the office jurisdiction to which you are applying (Georgia or NY), or immediate eligibility to waive in or take the bar.
