INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (1–4 YRS): Our client, an internationally recognized intellectual property and business law firm, is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally respected IP Litigation group handling sophisticated patent and intellectual property disputes. The Associate will be responsible for supporting and advancing IP and patent litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and memoranda, conducting legal research, and assisting with complex litigation strategy. The role includes meaningful client contact, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions in patent litigation matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong litigation fundamentals, excellent research and writing skills, and a desire to contribute to the business development efforts of the IP Litigation group.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with 1-4 years of intellectual property litigation experience, including at least some patent litigation experience; strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; experience drafting pleadings and litigation memoranda; readiness for increased responsibility including depositions, motion practice, and direct client interaction; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. USPTO registration or eligibility to sit for the USPTO examination; interest in supporting business development initiatives within the IP Litigation practice is preferred.
