INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:  Our client, the Atlanta office of a global law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years significant litigation and case management experience to join their Privacy + Cyber practice group. Candidates should have experience managing day-to-day case activities; leading fact investigations; researching legal issues and developing litigation strategies; drafting pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment; conducting and defending depositions; and negotiating with opposing counsel. Fair Credit Reporting Act experience or experience litigating other privacy-related statutes is a plus. 

REQUIRED:  J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials; GA Bar admission; ability to manage workflow for larger projects and work on smaller projects with limited supervision; comfort managing client relationships; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
