REAL ESTATE: Our client, a global law firm, seeks a commercial real estate staff attorney (non-partnership track) with 3+ years of substantive experience working on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Familiarity with securities offerings would be beneficial.  This position, which sits in the firm’s Investment Funds group, can be structured as a full- or part-time position in any of the firm’s U.S. offices. 

Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. 

REQUIRED: A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; bar admission in jurisdiction of candidate’s preferred office location;  strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
