Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate to join its growing firm. The Associate will work on sophisticated corporate, commercial finance, and real estate transactions, with responsibility for negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, closing documents, and ancillary loan documents. The Associate will also assist with closing loans, acquisitions, and dispositions while developing a growing practice in commercial finance and real estate.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3-5 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience, including experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan agreements, and ancillary loan documents, as well as experience closing loans, acquisitions, and dispositions. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in growing a commercial finance and real estate practice. Candidates must possess excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills and be admitted and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
