REAL ESTATE/COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a Real Estate or Commercial/Corporate Finance Associate with 3 - 5 years of meaningful experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, closing loans, closing acquisitions and closing dispositions. 

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with superior academic credentials; GA Bar Admission; a strong work ethic, positive attitude and an interest in growing your practice in commercial finance and real estate; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
