REAL ESTATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE | MID-LEVEL (3–6 YRS): Our client, a top national AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of broad real estate finance experience, including loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions (mezzanine loans and preferred equity), asset management, and workout matters.

Qualified candidates should be comfortable managing transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies. The role offers immediate client contact, the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic practice group, and the chance to contribute to the growth of the firm’s national real estate finance platform.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; 3–6 years of real estate finance experience; large law firm background; admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the intended office; excellent writing, negotiation, and client service skills; and a strong academic record.
