REAL ESTATE| LEASING ASSOCIATE/COUNSEL – RETAIL LEASING (5+ YRS): Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a talented and experienced retail leasing attorney to join its dynamic Real Estate practice group with at least 5 years of retail leasing experience for Associate-level candidates, or 8+ years for Counsel-level candidates. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated retail shopping center leasing matters for a diverse client base.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating leases, subleases, amendments, and related documentation; representing both landlords and tenants; handling lease enforcement matters; and participating in ancillary real estate transactions. Counsel-level candidates will additionally oversee complex transactions, advise clients on lease administration, compliance, and dispute resolution, manage client relationships, and provide strategic guidance.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; active GA bar license; at least 5 years of retail leasing experience for Associate-level candidates, or 8+ years for Counsel-level candidates; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; and a proven commitment to providing exceptional client service.
