REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized real estate practice handling sophisticated transactions involving commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters.
The Associate will support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, assisting with development matters, and managing transaction processes from diligence through closing. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence efforts, reviewing transactional documentation, collaborating with clients and internal deal teams, and assisting with borrower-side financing transactions and joint venture arrangements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced transactional environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 4–6 years of real estate transactional experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and development; borrower-side financing and joint venture experience preferred; excellent academic credentials; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
