REAL ESTATE | SENIOR LEASING ATTORNEY (10+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Leasing Attorney to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice. 

The Senior Attorney will lead complex commercial leasing transactions, representing national and international landlords and tenants across retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and ground lease portfolios. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases and related agreements such as amendments, subleases, assignments, estoppels, and SNDAs; advising clients on leasing strategy, risk mitigation, and portfolio management; and managing transactions from inception through execution. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-office teams and delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice aligned with client objectives.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 10+ years of commercial leasing experience in a law firm or in-house setting; strong experience drafting and negotiating complex leases; comprehensive knowledge of leasing market terms and deal structures; excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills; and active bar admission (or ability to obtain admission promptly). Experience managing national or multi-state leasing portfolios is strongly preferred.
