Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney (from Sr. Associate to Partner level) to join its Atlanta office. The Attorney will serve as a primary legal and strategic contact for corporate clients, advising on employment-based and business immigration strategy, workforce planning, and compliance. The practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, Adjustments of Status (AOS), E visas, O-1s, L-1s, and TNs. The role also includes significant responsibility for client management, supervision and mentoring of junior attorneys and paralegals, process improvement, and business development. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of meaningful employment-based immigration experience and substantial experience managing corporate client relationships and business immigration matters, including PERM applications, advising clients directly on immigration matters, preparing petitions and applications for submission to USCIS, including H-1Bs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs, and other business immigration visa applications.
• Experience supervising associates, paralegals, and support staff and possess strong advocacy, research, writing, organizational, and client-service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong academic credentials, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• An active Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• JD from an accredited law school.
