CORPORATE (TECHNOLOGY & OUTSOURCING) |STAFF ATTORNEY (4+ YRS) : Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting who is looking to work on cutting-edge matters involving information technology, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital health, and telecommunications. The role provides significant exposure to complex transactional work for sophisticated clients across rapidly evolving industries.

The Staff Attorney will lead and support complex technology and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value commercial agreements and advising clients on technology-related legal risks and strategic business issues. Responsibilities include managing transaction workflows, identifying and analyzing legal and commercial issues, advising on outsourcing and IT service arrangements, supporting AI and emerging technology initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive efficient and practical legal solutions. The role requires excellent judgment, strong issue-spotting ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting, preferably within a law firm setting. Applicants must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where they intend to work. Candidates should demonstrate excellent contract drafting skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Experience working with AI legal tools and comfort advising on technology-driven legal issues is strongly valued. Candidates should also possess strong client-service orientation, flexibility, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to identify and summarize key issues succinctly.
