INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join their national Privacy Litigation team. Candidates will have significant litigation experience, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation. Strong legal research and writing experience, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests, and significant knowledge and experience with federal, state, and international privacy laws a plus.

REQUIRED:  Immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters; ability to offer practical advice; J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
