TECH TRANSACTIONS & PRIVACY STAFF ATTORNEY: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100  firm, is seeking a Tech Transactions & Privacy Project Attorney (Staff Attorney, non-Partnership track). This role is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking a flexible, off-track position with meaningful client engagement. This is a hybrid in-office and remote role. Atlanta, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC are preferred locations, but qualified candidates who reside in other locations where the firm has an office will be considered. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; bar admission in the state where you reside or the office you intend to work;  5+ years of experience, with significant experience in technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex SaaS and outsourcing agreements. Experience with data privacy and cybersecurity matters is a plus. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
