Kristin Aquino-Pham, Esq., is a licensed attorney with almost two decades of experience in the Atlanta legal industry. Kristin began her legal career in 2005 as a legal assistant at an AmLaw100 law firm, then worked as a paralegal at that firm before attending Howard University School of Law. Kristin transferred to Georgia State University College of Law to be closer to family after her father became ill, receiving her J.D. in 2011. Kristin practiced law for eleven years in various settings: prestigious mid-sized local law firm, in-house corporate, AmLaw 200 law firm (partner-track), and non-profit. She even served as General Counsel to a technology startup she co-founded with a retired NFL player.
Eventually, Kristin’s path led to a legal recruiting career at the RMN Agency. At RMN Kristin focuses on cultivating relationships with law students, junior to mid-level lawyers, and legal professionals. She is passionate about helping legal professionals carve out their own paths to career fulfillment, just as she did. Kristin is also deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring, retention, and career advancement. Specifically, she aims to help lawyers from underrepresented groups match with employers who value the fresh perspectives they bring to the organization.
