Your Perfect Partner for Legal Recruiting

Supria

Supria is a legal recruiter with The RMN Agency as well as a certified executive coach and an experienced leader of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. For nearly two decades, she has helped advance DEI best practices in law firms and in higher education. As a former litigator, she draws from her professional experiences to guide attorneys to career opportunities that closely match their interests, values, and life goals. Supria joined The RMN Agency in 2022. Her collaborations with minority-centered law organizations including the South Asian Bar Association and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association introduced her to the founder/president and the managing partner of The RMN Agency who both recruited her from her independent executive coaching practice to join The RMN Agency. What Supria values about being a part of The RMN Agency’s legal recruiting team is the genuine collaboration, teamwork, and specialty-focus of helping attorneys in Atlanta.

Supria’s Career Advice for Lawyers

“You really are the best expert on yourself. When you are honest with yourself about what you want in life and in your career, you will inch closer to your dream job in law,” says Supria. Over the years, she has observed that legal professionals sometimes compromise their individual interests after adopting a rigid mindset during law school about how a law career is expected to unfold. “Stay true to yourself,” she adds. Words Supria lives by include intentionality, honesty and being genuine.
