Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Business Immigration Associate for placement in Atlanta or Austin/Collin County, TX. The Associate will advise corporate clients on a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, Adjustments of Status (AOS), L-1s, and TNs. Responsibilities include serving as a legal and strategic point of contact for corporate clients, reviewing petitions and applications, communicating case strategies and government requirements, drafting legal support letters and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and participating in client meetings and immigration program reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of meaningful employment-based immigration experience.
• Critical skill sets include: Filing PERM applications, advising clients directly on immigration matters, preparing petitions and applications for submission to USCIS, including H-1Bs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs, and other business immigration matters.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, strong academic credentials, and the ability to stay organized and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• An active Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• JD from an accredited law school.
