Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 2+ years of commercial RE experience to join its active and diverse practice. The Associate will handle sophisticated RE acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, joint venture arrangements, and related corporate transactions. This opportunity offers hands-on transactional experience, significant client contact, and meaningful responsibility within a thriving commercial real estate practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial RE purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and related transactional documents; assist with property acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing matters

• Structure, negotiate, and support RE financing, development transactions, and joint venture arrangements; assist with related corporate and RE transactional matters

• Manage transaction-related assignments, coordinate with clients and transaction teams, and provide practical legal analysis and responsive client service throughout the transaction process

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years exp. in commercial RE law, including experience with purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing, financing, development, and/or joint venture transactions

• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to assume meaningful responsibility in an active transactional practice

• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, initiative, and work ethic; ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

• JD from a nationally recognized and accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

• Georgia bar licensed, or able to become licensed in Georgia
