COMPLEX BUSINESS LITIGATION | SENIOR ASSOCIATE  (5-10 YRS): Our client, a global firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its national-caliber Business Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex commercial matters within a globally recognized Am Law firm, representing clients across a wide range of industries.

The Associate will take a lead role in managing complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, handling depositions, drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in hearings and other proceedings. The role requires significant autonomy, with the expectation that the Associate can independently manage key aspects of litigation while collaborating with partners and team members. The practice includes class action defense, trade secrets disputes, and other sophisticated commercial litigation matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 5–10 years of litigation experience; experience managing cases from intake through trial or resolution; strong skills in depositions, motion practice, discovery, and case strategy; top academic credentials (top 10% of class preferred) with law review, moot court, or trial team experience; excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; and admission to or eligibility for admission to the Georgia Bar.
