COMMERCIAL & TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS |SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (5+) : Our client, a Global 50 firm,  is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial and Technology Transactions team within the Corporate practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and international transactions, with a strong focus on emerging technologies, data privacy, and cybersecurity.

The Associate will handle complex commercial and technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating SaaS and other XaaS agreements, IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing arrangements, technology licensing, cloud services agreements, systems integration and implementation agreements, and data processing and data center agreements. Responsibilities also include advising clients on the deployment and regulation of artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies, managing multiple transactions simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-border teams to support broader commercial initiatives.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 5+ years of law firm experience focused on commercial and technology transactions; experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements (including SaaS, outsourcing, licensing, and cloud services); experience advising on AI and emerging technologies; strong academic credentials; excellent analytical, drafting, and project management skills; and the ability to manage multiple matters in a team-oriented environment.
