COMMERCIAL & TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (5+ YRS): Our client, a Global50 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial & Technology Transactions team within the Corporate practice group. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated domestic and international technology and commercial transactions for clients operating in the areas of global data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of complex commercial and technology transactions, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) and other XaaS agreements, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, technology licensing, cloud services agreements, systems integration and implementation agreements, managed services agreements, data processing arrangements, and data center agreements. Responsibilities also include counseling clients on the deployment and regulation of AI and Generative AI technologies, managing multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional legal teams on broader commercial and strategic matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 5+ years of transactional law firm experience focused on commercial and technology transactions; substantial experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, outsourcing, cloud services, technology licensing, managed services, and related commercial agreements; experience advising on AI and Generative AI technologies; strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
