REAL ESTATE | SENIOR ASSOCIATE / COUNSEL (6+ YRS) : Our client, an Am Law 200 firm,  is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a collaborative, client-focused environment at a full-service Am Law firm.

The attorney will handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, and development projects. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and other transaction documents; managing due diligence processes; and overseeing transactions from initial contract through closing. The role also involves working closely with clients and internal teams on complex engagements, with a strong emphasis on title and survey review and overall transaction execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney seeking a leadership role with significant responsibility, client interaction, and exposure to high-value transactions.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 6+ years of commercial real estate experience; experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters; strong drafting and negotiation skills (including purchase and sale and JV agreements); experience managing due diligence and closings; strong analytical and organizational skills; and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
