CONSUMER FINANCIAL SERVICES |CAREER ATTORNEY (2+ YRS): Our client, a leading national firm, is seeking Career Attorneys to join its nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services practice group. The Attorney will handle a broad range of commercial litigation and consumer financial services matters involving financial institutions, including mortgage, auto finance, and credit card litigation. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, assisting with case strategy, handling case management responsibilities, and supporting litigation matters through various stages of dispute resolution. The role may also involve advising clients on regulatory and compliance-related issues affecting consumer financial services providers.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; at least 2 years of legal experience; strong research, writing, and analytical skills; experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management preferred; and admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction corresponding to the candidate’s resident office. Prior experience in consumer financial services litigation, financial services regulatory work, or representation of financial institutions is a plus.
