CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (5-7 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transactions practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions for public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and emerging businesses across a broad range of industries.

The Senior Associate will play a leading role in complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and other strategic business transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, coordinating transaction teams, advising clients on corporate governance and transactional matters, supervising junior attorneys, and serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout the life cycle of a transaction. The role also requires collaboration with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions on sophisticated corporate matters.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; 5–7 years of corporate transactional experience; significant mergers and acquisitions experience; strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills; exceptional academic credentials; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; and the ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously while working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
