IMMIGRATION ASSOCIATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5YRS): Our Client, an AmLaw 50 Firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney  to join its Immigration Business Unit. The Associate will advise corporate clients on employment based immigration matters, develop case strategies, prepare and review immigration petitions and applications, draft legal support letters and RFE responses, and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients. 

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3 - 5 years of experience with employment based immigration matters, including H 1Bs, PERMs, I 140s, AOS, L 1s, and TNs. PERM experience is required. Candidates should have experience directly advising clients and preparing petitions and applications for submission to USCIS. Strong advocacy, research, writing, organizational, and client communication skills are required, along with strong academic credentials and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast paced environment.
