TAX |SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (5+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a senior transactional tax associate with at least 5 years of experience to join its Corporate practice group. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional tax experience in M&A matters, particularly within the middle-market private equity space. Candidates should bring immediately transferable skills, a strong academic background, and the ability to work on complex transactions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary legal team.

The role involves conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, drafting sophisticated tax and transactional documents, and advising on structuring and compliance strategies for corporate transactions. The associate will also interface directly with clients, manage multiple concurrent projects, and contribute to the development of innovative tax solutions to advance client goals. This position offers exposure to high-level matters within an AmLaw 100 environment, as well as opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.

REQUIRED: Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to the GA bar in good standing, and have at least 5 years of transactional tax experience. Prior AmLaw 100 firm experience is preferred, along with strong analytical, research, and communication skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
