REAL ESTATE LITIGATION | JR. LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-3YRS): Our client is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate to join its Eminent Domain & Condemnation team. The Associate will represent property owners, businesses, and governmental entities in eminent domain and condemnation matters and related real property disputes throughout Georgia and the Southeast. The Associate will handle a high volume of active matters and have the opportunity to participate in jury trials and evidentiary hearings, conduct discovery and depositions, manage expert witnesses, draft and argue motions, and participate in negotiations and mediations.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2-3 years of litigation experience in real estate or complex commercial disputes. Experience with eminent domain, condemnation, real property, land use, or zoning matters is preferred. Candidates should have strong written and oral advocacy and legal research skills and the ability to manage a high-volume, litigation-focused practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission.
