COMMERCIAL LENDING | JR. ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Commercial Lending Associate to join its sophisticated finance practice. The Associate will represent regional and national lenders in secured lending transactions, including commercial and industrial (C&I), acquisition finance, and fund finance matters, and will have significant responsibility managing complex engagements in a collaborative team environment. 

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2+ years of meaningful commercial lending experience, including substantial experience representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions and managing complex matters in a team environment. Candidates should have strong drafting, organizational, analytical, and client service skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
