Our client, an AmLaw 150 full-service Intellectual Property firm, is seeking mid-level to senior IP Litigation Associates for its Atlanta office, with experience in computer hardware and software for its Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes patent litigation and IPR matters before the PTAB, working closely with one of the world’s premier intellectual property law firms.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 4–6 years of patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) experience, including at least 4 years of substantive litigation practice
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials plus a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Georgia Bar Admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; Strongly preferred: USPTO bar license
