LITIGATION (REGULATORY INVESTIGATIONS , STRATEGY + ENFORCEMENT):  Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney with 4 - 6  years of experience to join their RISE practice group.  Candidates should have experience in litigation, investigations, and/or compliance. Some government experience, with an attorney general's or executive branch office, is preferred. The position will focus on economic development work within Georgia as well as state and federal regulatory litigation, including spinoff consumer class litigation, and administrative litigation. 

REQUIRED:  A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; GA Bar admission in good standing; excellent written, analytical, and oral communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
