LITIGATION (GENERAL LIABILITY) | ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of  general liability experience to join their firm. 

The ideal candidate will handle civil cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism. The attorney will regularly represent clients in court, draft and respond to discovery requests, prepare briefs, and collaborate with expert witnesses.

REQUIRED: Candidates must have at least 3 years of general liability experience and familiarity with handling civil cases from start to finish. Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required, along with strong client communication abilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
