LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm,  is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its Labor & Employment. This position offers the opportunity to work within a top-tier practice group at a full-service firm representing clients across a variety of industries.

The Associate will handle a range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation and workplace-related disputes. Responsibilities include managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, and supporting matters through pre-trial and trial stages. The role involves direct collaboration with partners and clients, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3+ years of labor and employment experience; strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; pre-trial and trial experience; excellent academic credentials; and active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
