COMMERCIAL LENDING | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, a regional firm,  is seeking a Commercial Lending Associate. This position offers the opportunity to work within a well-established, full-service firm representing regional and national lenders in sophisticated secured transactions while gaining meaningful client exposure and hands-on experience.

The Associate will represent lenders in a variety of commercial lending matters, including real estate and commercial and industrial lending transactions. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating loan documents, managing complex secured transactions, and working collaboratively with deal teams to ensure efficient execution through closing. The role requires the ability to handle multiple engagements, provide practical and business-oriented legal advice, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; at least 3 years of commercial lending experience, including real estate and/or C&I lending; experience representing lenders in secured transactions; strong academic credentials; excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; strong organizational and client service abilities; and active bar admission in the applicable state.
