REAL ESTATE| MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join its Real Estate group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, full-service firm known for its team-oriented culture and sophisticated transactional practice.

The Associate will represent clients in a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, managing deal processes from inception through closing, and advising clients on strategic real estate investments. The role requires strong business acumen, the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, and close collaboration with partners and clients.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions; experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development, and leasing matters; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; strong business judgment; and prior large law firm experience preferred.
