LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate to join its fast-paced and multi-faceted litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-level matters within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
The Associate will support and manage a broad range of litigation matters, including drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and preparing cases for trial. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting briefs and motions (including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and motions in limine), taking and defending depositions, and assisting with evidentiary hearings and trial preparation. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple matters while working both independently and collaboratively with team members.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–5 years of litigation experience; experience with legal research, motion drafting, discovery, and depositions; trial preparation experience; strong oral and written communication skills; excellent time management and organizational abilities; and admission to the Georgia Bar.
