INVESTMENT FUNDS / REAL ESTATE SECURITIES | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (6+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a senior Associate to join its Investment Funds Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate-focused securities and transactional matters for institutional investors, REITs, and major real estate companies across a national platform.

The Associate will manage and advise on structured securities offerings and complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings, and development projects. Responsibilities include representing public and private real estate companies and institutional investors, structuring and executing real estate finance transactions, and providing strategic counsel on securities-related aspects of investment vehicles. The role requires strong drafting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-level matters in a collaborative environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings; experience in commercial real estate law, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions; strong academic credentials; excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently; and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
