LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-4 YRS): Our client, a national mid-size firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-risk litigation matters within a nationally recognized litigation firm.
The Associate will be actively involved in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. Responsibilities include trial preparation, developing case strategy, managing discovery, conducting legal and factual research, drafting briefs and memoranda, and preparing client communications. The role also involves attending depositions, hearings, and mediations, as well as collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to drive case outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate seeking hands-on experience, courtroom exposure, and the ability to work on a diverse range of matters including product liability and toxic tort litigation within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–4 years of defense litigation experience (product liability or toxic tort experience preferred); active bar license in good standing; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment; and a proactive, client-focused approach.
