Description

CLASS ACTION & COMPLEX LITIGATION |SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (6+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. This opportunity offers the ability to handle sophisticated commercial litigation and large-scale class action matters while representing institutional clients in high-stakes disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

The Attorney will manage all phases of complex commercial litigation and class action matters, including case assessment, legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motion practice, discovery management, depositions, hearings, and oral advocacy. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing institutional single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) clients in a variety of litigation and compliance matters, including fair housing claims, state Attorney General investigations, employment-related disputes, and operational compliance issues.

The role requires the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters while working collaboratively with clients and litigation teams to develop case strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.
