MASS TORT & PRODUCT LIABILITY | MID-LEVEL  ASSOCIATE (4-5 YRS): Our client,  mid-size firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Mass Tort & Product Liability practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on complex, high-exposure litigation matters involving mass tort, product liability, and other sophisticated defense matters while collaborating with a nationally respected litigation team.

The Associate will support all phases of complex litigation, including early case assessment, fact development, written discovery, motion practice, deposition preparation, expert coordination, trial strategy, and client communications. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and case analyses; managing discovery and document review; assisting with deposition and trial preparation; and working closely with partners and clients to develop effective defense strategies in high-stakes litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will have meaningful exposure to mass tort and product liability litigation and a strong foundation in general litigation practice. Prior experience in insurance defense or construction litigation is also viewed favorably. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and analytical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; 4–5 years of general litigation experience; strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and the ability to manage complex matters in a client-focused environment. Experience with mass tort litigation, product liability defense, insurance defense, and/or construction litigation is preferred.
