PRODUCT LIABILITY LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid level Associate to join its Class Action & Product Liability Litigation Group.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated litigation practice representing clients in complex product liability, mass tort, and class action matters. The role offers meaningful responsibility on high stakes litigation while working alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative national practice.

The Associate will represent clients in product liability, mass tort, and class action litigation throughout all phases of the litigation process. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, analyzing complex legal and factual issues, developing litigation strategy, and collaborating with attorneys across the practice group to deliver effective client representation in complex disputes.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have at least 3 years of litigation experience, with experience in mass torts, class actions, and product liability litigation. Applicants should possess top academic credentials, including graduation in the top 20 percent of their class from a first tier law school, along with excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. Candidates must be team oriented and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
